Reviews

The accountants and professional staff at Erickson Demel & Associates, PLLC perform reviews to assist entities with financial reporting and compliance issues when an audit is not required. A review provides limited assurance that there are no material modifications that should be made to financial statements in order for the statements to be in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.

Compilations

Companies and other reporting entities may be called upon to obtain compiled financial statements.  The objective of a compilation is to present, in the form of financial statements, information that is the representation of management. A compilation does not provide a basis for expressing any level of assurance on the financial statements being compiled.

Agreed-Upon Procedures

Agreed-Upon Procedures engagements are designed to meet the needs of your organization by allowing the performance and reporting of certain procedures as specifically requested. An agreed-upon procedures engagement assists clients in evaluating certain aspects of their operations or answer specific questions based on specific needs. The nature, timing, and extent of the agreed-upon procedures requested may vary based on these specific needs.

Personal Financial Statements

Personal financial statements provide a snapshot of a person’s financial position by presenting a comprehensive presentation of their personally held assets, obligations, and net worth at a specific point in time.  These statements can be compiled, reviewed, or audited and are either concise or extensively detailed, depending on the level of information and assurance required by the users.  Our team is ready to assist you in any way possible to prepare the level of personal financial statement presentation you and your users need.
